Council Meetings and Minutes
Historically, the Council has held all-day meetings on the third Friday of every month. However, due to the global pandemic, all of the Council’s meetings for 2022 will be held virtually, via Zoom, and the Council has switched the format into one full-day virtual meeting on the the third Friday of each month, from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Additionally, OCDD’s Executive Committee meets on the first and third Mondays of each month, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. These meetings take place over Zoom. The Executive Committee plays a crucial role in planning, implementing and monitoring our State Plan activities. If you would like to join an Executive Committee meeting, please email info@ocdd.org or call (971) 204-8824.
All Council meetings are open to members of the public. A request for an interpreter or other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. If you require special accommodations, please email info@ocdd.org or call (971) 204-8824.
