ARE YOU REGISTERED TO VOTE?
HOW ABOUT YOUR FRIENDS? FAMILY? NEIGHBORS?

Now, more than ever, it is critical that each of us and everyone we know get informed, involved and prepared to vote.

Registering to vote is very easy: Voter Registration forms can be downloaded and printed out from the web site below. Complete the registration form and either take it to your county elections office or send it in. All the information you need is on the form.

REMEMBER:

  • If you haven't voted for 5 years, you need to re-register.
  • If you are registered and do not receive a ballot, it could be that your last ballot was returned to the county, which means you're listed as inactive. You'll need to call your county elections office to reactivate your status for their next mailing.
  • If you have trouble signing your name the same way every time (ballots get returned because people don't sign consistently), you need to obtain a signature stamp and then re-register and submit a "Signature Stamp Attestation" form. The form is available from the Secretary of State's Election Office (503-986-1518) or your county elections office.
