Orientation to ReBAR Assessments

The state is assessing the support needs of all individuals receiving 24-hour developmental disability services.  The assessments are conducted through interviews using the Supports Intensity Scale.  The Council is offering educational materials to help individuals and families prepare for their ReBAR Assessments.
