This year's keynote speaker is Tom Ritter. Tom is an individual with cerebral palsy who served on the UCP national board and wrote the foreword to the book "Children with Cerebral Palsy."

Tom is a TV producer, writer, and speaker interested in the media's depiction of people with disabilities. With his brother, John Ritter, he is an Emmy Award winner.
