Orientation to "Supports Intensity Scale" (SIS) Interviews  

The state is assessing the support needs of all individuals receiving 24-hour developmental disability services.  The assessments are conducted through interviews using the Supports Intensity Scale.  The Council is offering educational materials and orientation sessions to help individuals and families prepare for their SIS interviews. Oregon Autism Project
